Terry Fain, President & General Manager

Terry Fain joined Recovery Monitoring Solutions, LLC in on March 5, 2015. Formerly the Vice President and General Manager with Alcohol Monitoring Systems (AMS), Incorporated, for the Western United States. Terry also worked in the field of community corrections and offender supervision for more than 10 years in the State of Texas. He developed and supervised electronic monitoring, GPS, and domestic violence programs while a program manager in Dallas County.

Terry previously worked for a leading electronic monitoring company assisting agencies in establishing and operating offender monitoring programs using technology innovation for supervision and case management. He also presents to local, state, and national legal and corrections associations on technology programs for offender management.

He served as faculty and lecturer for The Texas Center for the Judiciary and The National Judicial College, and his publications include the Journal of Offender Monitoring on the use of electronic monitoring in domestic violence cases. Terry is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees.

Will Hajek, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Will Hajek joined Recovery Monitoring Solutions, LLC on May 15, 2013, as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hajek brings 17 years of experience as a CFO with a focus on controlled growth and team building. His longest tenure was with Centennial Beverage Group, LLC (Centennial) for 15 years. Centennial was a retailer and wholesaler of alcoholic beverages in the Dallas market area. In his role there, Centennial’s revenues grew from $43 million in 1996 to $218 million in 2011. This was achieved through steady sales growth, new store openings, and several strategic acquisitions.

Mr. Hajek also has two years of Big Four public accounting experience with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since 1994. He graduated with a Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Texas in Austin in 1993.

 

Jason Lucero,Vice President Operations

Jason Lucero has been with Recovery Monitoring Solutions, LLC (previously Rocky Mountain Offender Management Systems) since 2004. Bringing corrections experience with him from the 17th Judicial District, Jason has led in many different capacities. Beginning as a District manager, responsible for servicing private probation contracts in Boulder County, he quickly moved up to Operations Manager, overseeing a combined caseload of 6,500 cases, 200 electronic monitoring cases, and 60 employees.

In 2010, Jason was promoted to Director of Community Supervision, coordinating all programming, policies, customer service, and quality control for community supervision programs in Colorado. Now, the Vice President of Operations for RMS, Jason manages all operations in District Two—23 locations and 120 employees across three states and growing.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado.

 

Autumn Ledbetter, Vice President Business Development

Autumn Ledbetter joined Recovery Monitoring Solutions, LLC in December 2020 after 15 years with Attenti, a prominent manufacturer in electronic monitoring.

Autumn held multiple roles at Attenti, including account management, business development, and Western Regional Manager, where she oversaw an account management and installer team responsible for all customer service aspects including training, equipment deployment and ongoing support for over 70 contracts in the Western United States. With a unique background in educational and instructional leadership, she now leads the Business Development team for RMS.

Autumn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Broadcasting from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Education from The University of Oklahoma.
